Presentation of Survey Results on Thursday, May, 8 at 11 AM in New York by Tom Fuller, Epsen Fuller/IMD International Search Group and Peter Felix, AESC, President
Reports of dramatic levels of senior executive turn-over, shortened tenure of CEO’s, and ever increasing difficulty in acquiring top-level talent continues to be in the news in 2008. Whether or not a worldwide recession is imminent, there is strong indication that many organizations are under pressure for talent at various levels in the organization and the current talent shortage is only expected to be more severe in the coming years.
In response, IMD International Search & Consulting, the 14th largest global executive search organization with a 35 year history of serving the talent requirements of multi-national organizations, has conducted a an in-depth study of the changing demographics of the "C-SUITE" of the Global 2000 and other influential companies throughout the world.
The results of this survey will provide unique insight into the executive suite of today’s global organizations, and the challenges they face in building high-performance teams.
